  • Visit the Lakenheath Air Base Website.  Lakenheath is the home base of the U.S Air Force 494th Fighter Squadron (The Black Panthers), operators of the F-15E Strike Eagles that appeared at the 1998 airshow. The F15E's were flown on the day by Capt Damsker and Capt Ruby.
