Show - the launch of a spectacular new viewing area 'Salthill Air Cruise'. You
will be taken on a panoramic cruise across the Galway bay on board a luxury
Aran Direct ferry to view the excitement and buzz of the Salthill Airshow from
the water.
This exclusive viewing area overlooks the famous Salthill
Promenade and will provide the perfect setting to experience up-close, the
dazzling aerobatics of the Thunderbirds, participating in the Salthill Air Show
for the first time ever. You will experience breath taking sights from the Aran
Direct ferry, which has indoor and outdoor seating areas, bar/shop and
children's entertainment on board.
This fantastic facility is available
to individuals or groups looking for a different way to spend the day! This
exclusive Viewing Area provides access to prime space from which guests can
most fully enjoy the Salthill Air Show on June 24th.
Located directly a
few metres below the flight path, the Salthill Air Cruise viewing area offers
panoramic views of Galway Bay as well as a real 'front row' viewing experience
of the Salthill Air Show, where planes reach up to 700mph as they scream past
just metres away - any closer and you'd be in the cockpit with the
pilot!
