The Salthill Air Show is a free air show held every summer along the Salthill Promenade on the shores of the famous Galway Bay. The Salthill Air Show is one of the few FREE Air Show's in Europe. Use the links above to navigate this site, where you will find not only details of the aircraft and displays scheduled to attend the air show but also information on, among other things, how to get here, where to stay, and traffic information.

Below you will find a gallery of aircraft and displays on either side of the page, click on any image to find out more information about that aircraft / display. The gallery and list shows the aircraft and displays that have been confirmed for the 2004 Air Show. This gallery and list will be updated to show additional displays as and when they are confirmed.

The second issue of this brand new Irish aviation magazine, which will be on sale nationwide from June 25th, will be a special issue dedicated to the upcoming Salthill Air Show.

The special Salthill Air Show issue of Wings Ireland will have in depth information on all the participating aircraft & display teams, and will feature some stunning photographs of these aircraft in action. The special edition will also have articles on the other aspects of aviation in Galway.
